Choose your favourite cake flavour, like Sinful Chocolate, Strawberry Carousel, or
Carrot Cake and pair with any size of drip coffee or tea, fresh from our coffee bar! 

To be eligible for this offer:

• You must be an active Fresh Rewards member (which means you have made a purchase with your account in the last 12 months).

• You must have your birthday details saved to your account.

• Go to My Account > My Details > Update online account settings > Profile > Edit Profile

• Scroll down and check the box: Yes, I want a free slice of cake and brewed coffee on my birthday.

• Enter your birthday details and select your preferred delivery method as Email (Mail is discontinuing, see below for details).

To redeem your offer:

• Visit any Sunterra Market location during your birthday month*

• Choose a slice of cake from the coffee bar case or our bakery, and tell the barista at the coffee bar that you'd like to redeem your Birthday Reward.

• Provide your Fresh Rewards number, and select any size of drip coffee or tea to have with your cake.

• Enjoy the sweet benefits of being a Fresh Rewards member!

For over 20 years, our Birthday Reward has been one of the most loved perks of the Sunterra Fresh Rewards program. While we’ve traditionally sent birthday cards by mail and email, we’re making a small change that’s better for the environment and even more convenient for you. 

Here's What's New:

• Starting on the first business day of your birthday month, your Birthday Reward will be automatically added to your Fresh Rewards account for you to redeem at the till.

• We'll also email you a digital birthday card to let you know your offer is available and to send a special message.

• Physical birthday cards will no longer be mailed out.
