Hickory Smoked Ham
This small nugget ham is a little smaller than a football! Its longer smoke time results in a deep, smoky flavour and slightly crisper crust on the outside while leaving its interior moist and tender.
Hickory Smoked Ham Bits
Our naturally hickory smoked ham, fully cooked and finely diced for effortless enjoyment. Include them in casseroles, pizzas and so much more.
Applewood Smoked Bacon
Unlike a standard pork belly used for making bacon, ours starts with a Japanese-style single rib belly that provides an extra layer of lean meat, so you end up getting a more flavourful bacon.
Peppered Bacon
Made with all the goodness of our signature applewood smoked bacon and enhanced with a pepper crust.
Bacon Bits

Modena Ham
This pre-sliced ham is conveniently packaged and ready to use! Each whole ham is slow-cooked with steam for a delicate, light flavour and tender texture.
Prosciutto
This dry-cured delicacy is made with only two ingredients: salt and high quality pork. Its melt in your mouth texture comes from an extended aging time of at least 12 months that allows it to dry from the outside in without needing as much salt as other cured hams.
Genoa Salami
This flavourful salami has hints of garlic and pepper.
Milano Salami
This is typical northern Italy salami with a sweet, traditional flavour. Its medium grain gives it a tender, smooth texture.
Calabrese Piccante Salami
This is traditional salami from southern Italy made with chili spices and paprika. It has a large grain and sweet spicy flavour.
Napoli Salami
Originally from southern Italy, this salami has a delicious garlic flavour and large grain.

Product Details
Whether they’re sliced on a freshly grilled burger, diced into a flavourful salsa or tossed in a crisp salad, there’s nothing quite like the taste of a freshly picked tomato. Grown in Acme, Alberta, these tomatoes on the vine are as fresh and local as it gets! Each plump fruit is grown in our carefully controlled Sunterra Greenhouse facility, then picked by hand when ripe. Best of all, they’re delivered to markets within 24 hours of picking for you to enjoy.

Q: What is Sunterra Farms Direct?
A: Sunterra Farms Direct is a program from Albertans for Albertans. It's our way of saying thank you for supporting our local, family-owned business! The Sunterra Group consists of farmers, processors and retailers joined together as one. It is our ultimate mission to provide our community with the highest quality products at the best possible price. With no middleman to pay between our farms and your fork, we’re determined to pass those savings to our valued customers like you.
Q: Why is Sunterra offering these deals?
A: As longtime pork farmers, meat processors and food retailers through our vertical integration structure, we are uniquely aware of how Canada-wide inflation affects the food industry, and specifically the Alberta pork industry. With this in mind, and consumer frustrations at an all-time high, we are determined to offer our valued customers a way to save money and feed their families; by providing them with premium quality, affordable food. Our Value Packs include an assortment of products from the Sunterra Group, like our premium quality, Alberta-raised pork or ripe-picked, greenhouse grown produce.
Q: I understand that Sunterra has their own farming operations, but how are other Alberta farmers benefiting from this program?
A: Sunterra works with a network of 12+ other family farms across Alberta! These farms work to help supply pork for Soleterra d’Italia, our export market in Japan (fresh pork) and our Sunterra Meats products. Our Value Packs often contain products from Soleterra d'Italia and Sunterra Meats, meaning we rely on this network to help us create these delicious products for you! Sunterra maintains close relationships with each farm and has strict protocols in place to ensure a consistent product across the board.
Q: How do I order from Sunterra Farms Direct?
A: There are two kinds of Sunterra Farms Direct offers: in-market/online offers and pre-order offers. In-market/online offers can be purchased at any time at your nearest Sunterra Market location or through our website here. Pre-orders offers must be placed through this online order form and picked up on a designated pickup date at your chosen Sunterra Market location chosen at the time of ordering.
Q: How do I know if my pre-order form was received?
A: Once you have submitted your pre-order form, you will receive a thank you message. An order confirmation will then be sent to you a couple days before your pickup date.
Q: Where are the pickup locations?
A: You may pick up your pack at many of our market locations. We do require that you specify a location at the time of ordering.

Q: Can I pre-order multiple items?
A: Yes! We encourage you to take advantage of all these offers while they're available. Many items in our packs are perfect for freezing for future meals.

Q: How long will each promotion run?
A: The length of each offer depends on a several factors. Generally speaking, supply is limited, so we encourage you to pre-order quickly. It is our goal that everyone who wants a Value Pack can be accommodated, so we will continue to offer pickup dates based on demand and supply.
Q: Can I place a Sunterra Farms Direct order in one of your markets?
A: Pre-order offers can only be ordered online through this digital form. We also have in-market/online offers that can be purchased in-person and do not require pre-ordering.
Q: How do I pay for and pick up my pre-order?
A: Simply visit the pickup location selected on your pickup date. Upon arrival, look for the Sunterra Farms Direct signage and talk to one of our team members. They will review our pre-order records and provide you with your order. Then simply head to the till to pay and enjoy! Q: Are you offering any discounts on fresh pork prices at Sunterra Market?
A: Sunterra has reduced fresh pork prices across our markets! Because we are farmers, processors and retailers we are in a unique position to reduce retail margins and lead fresh pork pricing in the industry. Customers can feel confident that when they come to Sunterra Market, they will get the best quality and best pricing on fresh Alberta pork as compared to other supermarkets.
Q: Are Sunterra Meats and Soleterra d'Italia products gluten free?
A: Yes, all Sunterra Meats and Soleterra d'Italia products offered in our value packs are gluten free.
Q: Can I make adjustments or substitutions to the contents of a Value Pack?
