We're changing the way you shop for groceries, and it's easy to place your first order! We deliver anywhere in Calgary, Edmonton or Red Deer for only $8 on a minimum $50 order. Curbside pickup orders have no minimums and no additional costs. It’s as simple as 1,2,3!  

1. To place an order, click the Shop Grocery section of our website, add items to your basket and go through our virtual checkout. As you complete your order you will click delivery or pickup and choose the day and time frame that works for you! If you choose pickup, you will also choose the market location. 

2. When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email. If you chose delivery, sit back and relax and we will get your order ready for you and deliver your groceries to your door. If you chose pickup, follow the next step. 

3. Visit your chosen market location for pickup on the day and time selected. Park in the designated stalls identified by the orange curbside pickup signage. Text us with your order ID number, your name and your vehicle description. One of our team members will carry out your groceries and load them in your vehicle. The phone number to text is available below by pickup location and is also listed on the orange designated parking stall signage.

Reusable Bags

Want your groceries packed for pickup or delivered in reusable bags? We have three great options for you to choose from! Click here to shop our cloth bag ($0.35), small jute bag ($5.49) or large jute bag ($6.99). Simply add them to your cart with the rest of your grocery order and our team will pack your order inside. If no reusable bags are added to your cart at the time of purchase, your groceries will be packed inside plastic bags.
