We have thousands of items available online including hand-picked produce, farm fresh meats, market baked goods, chef prepared meals and your favourite grocery products.

We’re changing the way you shop for groceries, and it’s easy to place your first order! We deliver anywhere in Calgary or Edmonton for only $8 on a minimum $50 order. Curbside pickup orders have no minimums and no additional costs! It’s as simple as 1,2,3!  

1. To place an order, click the Shop Grocery section of our website, add items to your basket and go through our virtual checkout. As you complete your order you will click delivery or pickup and choose the day and time frame that works for you! If you choose pickup, you will also choose the market location. 

2. When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email. If you chose delivery, sit back and relax and we will get your order ready for you and deliver your groceries to your door. If you chose pickup, follow the next step. 

3. Visit your chosen market location for pickup on the day and time selected. Park in the designated stalls identified by the orange curbside pickup signage. Text us with your order ID number, your name and your vehicle description. One of our team members will carry out your groceries and load them in your vehicle. The phone number to text is available below by pickup location and is also listed on the orange designated parking stall signage.
