Purchasing a Gift Card

Physical gift cards can be picked up at any of our markets or ordered online and mailed to you. Digital gift cards will be sent via email. To purchase a gift card online, please follow the directions below:

STEP 1 

Sign In or Create A New Online Account here.  In My Account under the Gift Card section, click on Buy Gift Cards for use online and in store.

STEP 2

Select the type of card(s) desired, choose the quantity of cards desired and provide the recipient details.

Click the green Checkout button.

STEP 3

Review your purchase and ensure the amount and recipient details are correct, then click Purchase. Provide your payment details and click Pay Now. 

You will receive a confirmation email containing all the details of your purchase.

Activating a Digital Gift Card

If you are the recipient of a digital gift card, please follow the directions below to activate it:

STEP 1

You will receive an email notifying you that you have been given a gift card from Sunterra Market. Click on the Activation Link provided in the email.

If you do not have a Sunterra Fresh Rewards account, you will first need to choose your city and make one here. After creating an account, you can then click the Activation Link.

STEP 2

You will be relocated to the Associate Gift Card to Your Account page.

Enter your name into the space provided under Card Name. The name entered must be the same as the name in the email message you received. (Dear: Name).

You can now use your digital gift card for online purchases. Simply select Gift Card as the payment method during the checkout process.

Download the Fresh Rewards App

If you would like to use your digital gift card in market, you will need to download the Sunterra Fresh Rewards App. 

STEP 1

Download the Sunterra Fresh Rewards App on Google Play or on the App Store.

STEP 2

Once the Sunterra Fresh Rewards App has been downloaded and your account is set up, click on the card image in the bottom right-hand corner. Your gift card details will be available here. 

Select the desired gift card and scan the QR code at checkout to complete your purchase. This code can also be scanned to collect your Fresh Rewards points.

Any remaining balance can be used through the Sunterra Fresh Rewards App in market or online for your next purchase.
