Many of our meals are also freezer friendly, here are a few of our favourites for every night of the week.


Mac and Cheese Baked Pasta Dinner
This ever-popular, freezer-friendly comfort dish serves 2-3 people. Made with mozzarella, cheddar cheese and parmesan breadcrumbs, heat at 350F for 20 minutes to get delicious ooey-gooey cheese.

Soleterra d’Italia Calabrese Piccante and Mushroom Pizza
Of all our quality pizzas, our Soleterra d’Italia calabrese piccante and mushroom pizza is by far the market favourite. This individually sized pizza is freezer-friendly and is topped with red peppers, mozzarella and Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses. Cook for 5-8 minutes at 475F for best results.

Shepherd’s Pie Dinner
Perfect for a cozy night in, this freezer-friendly dish serves 2-3 people. The beef, carrots, celery, peas and onions are seasoned with rosemary and thyme, with creamy mashed potatoes on top. Transfer to an oven-safe dish before heating at 350F for 18-20 minutes. Or, portion out individually and microwave for 3 minutes.

Peanut Mole and Pulled Pork Enchilada Dinner
Featuring peanuts, cinnamon, red chipotle and ancho chilis, cumin, chocolate and cloves in the mole sauce, this rich and flavourful dish serves 2-3 people. Our own Sunterra Farms pork is roasted to perfection, pulled apart and slathered in the mole sauce. We wrap the pulled pork up in a flour tortilla with mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese, and top it off with more mole sauce and cheese! Heat covered at 350F for 15 minutes, then remove the cover for an extra 5 minutes to get the cheese extra melty. NOTE: NOT gluten-aware and contains peanuts.

Chimichurri Steak Tacos Meal
We marinate the steak in our market-made chimichurri sauce for 24 hours, roast it and serve it with lime cilantro rice and pineapple mango salsa for an individual portion with a scrumptious Mexican feel. Simply heat the rice and steak on the stovetop and toast the flour tortillas, then build your own taco! This dish is best eaten fresh, do not freeze.

Butter Chicken Dinner
One of Sunterra’s most popular dishes, our butter chicken is sure to please. The combination of tandoori spices with the luscious tomato and butter sauce is always a winner. Paired with turmeric rice, this dish serves 2-3 people. Microwave individual portions for 3-5 minutes, or transfer to an oven-safe dish and heat covered at 350F for 12-18 minutes. Warm the naan bread and serve with the cilantro yogurt. Do not freeze.

Pistachio Crusted Salmon Meal
We are excited to showcase this delectable new dish. The salmon is crusted with parmesan, pistachios and breadcrumbs and is served with aromatic jasmine rice and our parmesan pesto cream sauce. Heat in the oven at 350F for 10 minutes.
