Q: What is the offer?
A: To celebrate the launch of our new catering menu, we’re offering 10% off catering orders placed online from October 1– October 31, 2024! The event date must occur on or before December 31, 2024 to be eligible. The promotion is applicable to online catering orders placed for delivery and pickup within Calgary, Edmonton and Red Deer city limits. The discount will be applied to online catering food, coffee, non-alcoholic beverages and disposables ordered.

Q: Why aren’t you including phone, email and in person orders in this promotion?
A: Ordering online is easy and convenient and we would like to encourage our catering customers to place orders this way. If you would like to take advantage of this promotion, please give online catering a try!

Q: What if I placed an order by phone, email or in person but I want to take advantage of this offer?
A: Please cancel your order and place an online catering order (from Oct 1– 31) to receive the 10% off promotion.

Q: I have a standing order that will take place during this promotion. Are these orders included? If I make changes to my standing order, will the 10% off promotion still apply?
A: Yes. You can enter as many orders as you would like within the promotional period that take place until December 31, 2024. If you change the details of your order outside of the promotional date range, we are happy to accommodate your changes.

Q: I placed an online order but did not receive 10% off the entire order. Why not?
A: This promotion is applicable to online orders placed for food, non-alcoholic beverages and disposables. It is not applicable to serving staff, service charges, rentals, taxes, delivery and liquor.

Q: I live outside Calgary, does this promotion apply to my order?
A: This promotion applies to online orders placed for delivery and pick up within Calgary, Edmonton and Red Deer city limits. If you live outside these cities, we would be happy to create a pickup order for you.

Q: I have a wedding and want to take advantage of the discount. Can I place my food order online and then coordinate the other details over the phone?
A: Yes, you can place your food (as well as non-alcoholic beverages and disposables) order online to take advantage of the promotion, then speak with one of our expert catering team members over the phone to coordinate items not included in the promotion such as serving staff, rentals and liquor.

Q: I don’t have an online account and I don’t know how to set one up. Can you help me?
