Paella - Chorizo, chicken, mixed seafood, vegetables and rice superbly seasoned with saffron and Spanish paprika.
Moroccan Chicken Tajine - Moroccan spiced chicken simmered with tomatoes and chicken stock, finished with green olives and cilantro.
Red Thai Chicken Curry - Tender chicken in a spicy red Thai curry and coconut cream sauce with sweet peppers, onions, tomatoes and cilantro.
Butter Chicken - Our famous butter chicken is marinated in tandoori spices then roasted and cooked in a spicy, creamy tomato sauce. Served with naan bread.
Perogy Madness - Cheese and potato-stuffed perogies tossed with Valbella sausage, garlic and plum tomatoes and seasonal vegetables simmered in a blend of herbs and spices.
Asian Barbeque Pork - Thinly sliced Sunterra Farms pork slowly simmered in our market made Asian barbeque sauce with baby bok choy.
San Antonio Beef Chili - Well-seasoned lean ground beef with baby corn, red kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, celery, peppers and onion.
Pork Ragout - Sunterra Farms pork loin flavoured with paprika, garlic, thyme and oregano and mixed with onions, peppers, celery and mushrooms.
Beef Stroganoff - Strips of slow-cooked beef in a rich stock with mushrooms, sweet gherkins and sour cream.
