About Christmas in November
You and a guest will be absolutely pampered during a three-night stay in the rustic elegance of Jasper Park Lodge, with incredible mountain views, heated outdoor pool, spa and walking trails around beautiful Lac Beauvert.
Spend the first night at a welcome reception featuring Soleterra d’Italia meats, along with table after table of extravagant offerings including cheese boards, pastas, seafood, cocktails, more cheese, wine and desserts. You’ll want to wear loose clothing (we’re speaking from experience). Oh, and wear your ugliest Christmas sweater – this is a full blown holiday soiree, complete with carolers, a 20-foot Christmas tree and even Santa himself.
Over the next couple days, meet celebrity chefs and attend their demonstration classes. Take lots of pictures, ask them questions and most importantly, taste their amazing food! Where else can you eat food prepared by Chuck Hughes, Vikram Vij, Anna Olson and Ned Bell in the same day? There are also wonderful local chefs like Steve Brochu, chef at award winning restaurant Chartier near Edmonton, and Connie Desousa and John Jackson, co-owners of Charcut Roast House in Calgary.
