Duties and Responsibilities:•  Prepare food order summaries for Chef according to the request from customers
•  Establish methods to meet completion schedules
•  Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•  Ensure that food products and customer service meets Sunterra quality standards
•  Control and maintain records of inventory, monitor product cost and inform management
•  Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
•  Follow and monitor sanitary checklists and temperature log sheets
•  Follow Sunterra Standardized Recipes and all other related Sunterra Policies
•  Effective communication skills
•  Understanding of ordering and kitchen budgeting
•  Excellent time management skills
•  Managerial or supervisory skills
•  Food Safety Mini Course certification is required
Qualifications:•  Constant standing and walking
•  Constant knife work and slicer use
•  Frequent stooping, or occasional kneeling
•  Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 40lbs
