Turducken Roll

This once-unorthodox dish has become fairly popular thanks to its reputation amongst meat enthusiasts. Combining turkey, duck and chicken with hearty layers of stuffing, turducken could easily be called the ultimate Thanksgiving meat-fest. Our version uses butterflied breasts instead of whole birds for a smaller and more manageable main dish.

Sunterra Farms Porchetta

Another meat-on-meat meal, our porchetta is made with rich pork belly wrapped around a beautifully marbled pork collar. Our butchers will cut both pieces to size so you'll just need to rub, roll and roast.
