3 - ripe avocados, peeled and de-pitted
1 - grape tomato, diced
2 tbsp - cilantro, chopped
3 tbsp - fresh lime juice
1 clove - garlic, finely chopped
1 - mango, peeled and diced
1 tsp - jalapeño, seeded and chopped
Sea salt to taste
Mash the avocado with a fork and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Add the jalapeños in ¼ teaspoon at a time until the guacamole is as spicy as you want.
Garnish with a few extra pieces of mango and cilantro on top.
