For an extra boost, try adding kale, spinach, hemp or chia.
2 cups – fresh cherries
1 cup – crushed ice
2 cups – fruit juice, apple or orange
1/4 cup – plain yogurt
1 scoop – cherry ice cream (optional)
1 tbsp – honey (optional)
Wash and pit the cherries. Freeze them overnight or at least three to four hours until they are partially frozen.
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth & frothy.
